In the indigenous way, Cacao Ceremonies are a spiritual practice. We commune with cacao spirit, to help eliminate emotional, physical and mental blocks so we can communicate with Sky World and heal deep wounds of the heart and transgressions of the soul.
During our journey we will share a cup of cacao together, get to know this powerful ally and experience the healing properties of the ancient plant medicina of cacao.

Limpias, Barridas, Herbal Remedies, Ancestral Rituals & Healing Ceremonies
Limpias are used to cleanse spiritual, emotional, mental, and energetic imbalances. Barridas are used to sweep away heavy, stagnant, or intrusive energies from the body, spirit, or space. These traditional cleansing rituals are used when a person is experiencing:
- Emotional heaviness, sadness, or anxiety
- Spiritual fatigue or feeling “disconnected” or out of your body
- Addressing mal de ojo (evil eye) or energetic overwhelm
- Preparing someone for ceremony, prayer, or healing work
- Disruption after illness, shock, or major life changes
- Clearing energy after conflict, fear, or intense interactions
Services are individualized to what you are experiencing. Therefore, each session starts with a platica, a heart-centered conversation to determine the best approach to your healing needs.

Reiki & Sound Healing
Reiki is based on the idea that life-force energy flows through all living beings. When this energy is low or blocked, people may feel stress, fatigue, or emotional imbalance. Reiki practitioners use gentle hand placements (hands-on or hands-off) to support the flow of this energy. Reiki is commonly used to support:
- Deep relaxation and stress relief
- Emotional balance and calm
- Spiritual grounding and clarity
- Support during illness or life transitions
- Reconnection to mind, body, spirit bodies
Crystal bowls are typically made from pure quartz crystal. When played, they produce tones and vibrations that move through the body, which is largely made of water. These vibrations can help shift the nervous system into a calm, restorative state. Sound healing creates a supportive environment where the body and mind can naturally relax and rebalance.
While these practices are rooted in Eastern traditions, as a Mexica woman of medicina I weave my own ancestral rituals and teachings into this work. Sessions include sound and ceremony guided by curandera energy healing practices. Herbs, oils and ancestral chanting will help support your journey to discovering the healing between you and Creator.
